The Mistake of Physiologist I. P. Pavlov

For the last one hundred years a human body has undergone huge changes. It is especially well seen in the economically developed countries. Just peer at photos and newsreel of the 20th century. The great mass of the highly populated countries had a normal build - there were no stout people. It is possible to observe this phenomenon right up to the end of the nineteen fifties.

What has happened to us for the last fifty-sixty years? What has made us obese individuals burdened with thousands diseases who rush about hospitals and stores to find saving remedies and nutritional food additives.

A person of good health can realize completely his or her abilities during the life. Is it enough to eat different foodstuffs recommended by dietitians foodstuffs in order to keep the health on the good level? The shelves at the drug-stores are crammed with thousands remedies, each of them "helps" only that certain little part of our body, but it does not help as a whole. A lot of drugs, which repeated the remedies of our ancestors, have appeared today. There are also drugs made of rare herbs and sea plants (sea products). This process can show that modern drugs are not a panacea at all. And there are plenty of attracting offers about different wonder-nutritions that rain down upon us. As these nutritive substances (food additions) can heal not only a body but also stop the process of aging.

Today we can be allowed to vary our diet in that way in order to provide our organism with all necessary substances for its prosperity. However modern food combination does not give any desired results. There are a lot of studies of right nourishment (all the way from harmless milled cereals through to separate meals).

Dr. Herbert Shelton in creating his system of food combining based it upon investigations made by physiologist I. P. Pavlov at the end of the 19th -in the beginning of the 20th century. He contended that common foodstuffs if one eats them in the right combinations could become a real medicine.

The classic works by I. P. Pavlov in the field of physiology of main digestion glands brought him the worldwide fame. In 1904 he was rewarded with the Nobel Price for the work in physiology of digestion. He proved that different kinds of food (meat, bread, milk etc) are digested in different sections of gastro-intestinal canal with the help of various digestion ferments (enzymes).

Shelton's system of nourishment which helped thousands of sick people nevertheless is complicated and uncomfortable in every day life.

The culinary recipes of different peoples which they have developed for many centuries are not joined his system.

For instance, the traditional Slavonic cuisine does not even approach Shelton's recommendations.

Our grandparents and great-grandparents had no advisers in dietary cookery, and they had less variable and abundant food to keep up a normal healthy body.

Last century the medicine made a rapid leap. Many diseases which had caused to the death of millions people disappeared completely. Today it is impossible to imagine our life without doctors standing on guard on the health of nations and saving us from the influence of all kinds of viruses and bacteria using different medicines.

It is known that antibiotics, artificial preservatives and disinfected substances getting into our gastro-intestinal canal, can affect the human organism negatively, suppressing all, including useful, micro flora.

After taking the antibiotic another medicine, which recovers intestinal flora, is prescribed. It consists of no more than 3 kinds of bacteria. The latter, using the food eaten, are unable to provide the body with the indispensable amino acids, vitamins and other substances.

A human organism is the most complicated biological system. It contains blood, lymph and vessels, bones and muscles, skin and nerves, nails and hair etc.

Every second in order to renew our body it is necessary to have a great variety of building materials. There are about 40 nutrients, which cannot be produced by our body without assistance. These nutrients are an essential element of the organism, which synthesizes nearly 10 000 various combinations which are necessities to keep a body alive.

The lack of any one of them brings to the underproduction of tens or hundreds needed combinations. And three kinds of useful intestinal bacteria will not produce so much necessary material. Dentists have been attacking on bacteria including the useful ones for a long time. At present all toothpastes have anti-bacterial properties, which protect the mouth cavity from all kinds of bacteria for 12 hours. But our saliva suppresses all kinds of bacteria in the intestine for twelve hours, and later all kinds of kefir, bifid bacteria, yogurt populate our body with lactic acid containing microorganisms only. In my view, these microorganisms have the strongest strongest vital capacity. After that food lays under our skin in big quantities of shivering fat and in the vessels it accumulates as a cholesterol concentration. I consider that we can eat all in any combinations excepting food and drink containing the artificial preservatives. It also concerns to the disinfected water. And the more names of food you will add in your food allowance, the better. It is necessary to maintain only one condition - the deep processing (digestion) of eaten food has to be provided in the body itself. Foodstuffs of lactic acid and any no pasteurized beer populate our gastro-intestinal tract with monoculture that should be diluted with the other kinds of microbes. Food industry, which was created to feed the huge urban population, preserves food and drink surplus in different ways oppressing all bacteria in our gastro-intestinal canal. Moreover, every preservative and excessively used salt, sugar and honey, if do not kill the substantial part of useful bacteria in a gastro-intestinal tract, but suppress their reproduction leaving a great space for lactic acid and yeast bacteria.

The parliament of Australia in the year 2003 wanted to tax its part of the food empire of McDonalds.

The goal is simple - to prevent stout Australians to eat (at McDonalds) there. In the beginning of 2004 Americans also began lamenting the obesity of the nation. The problem of obesity needs to be considered from another point of view indeed.

This is not a simple deposit of hypodermic fat. These are people whose body is built from these materials. It is no mere chance that 70 percent of the diabetics die of cardio-vascular diseases. It means that not only pancreas functions wrong, because it consists of the wrong material, but vessels and muscles of a heart do not consist of the right material.

These are the organs that are not what they should be. And they are weak because the normal molecules in the human body are replaced by damaged ones throughout the life. During the sports season of 2003 in the world several footballers of the national teams died just on the field during the game. But everybody knows they were young and strong. They seemed physically sound. They were well trained and under the medical control. Certainly their nourishment was much better than the nourishment of other inhabitants of the countries. But nevertheless their bodies were also made from the materials of low quality.

Let's look at McDonalds's cuisine. All the foodstuffs are of the highest quality, but all sauces, drinks and even salted cucumbers of their trademark have preservatives. Eating harmless fish with potatoes, sauced with something and then taking it with some drink (of their trademark!) down, we increase the quantities of fat on our belly at best.

Our grandparents and great-grandparents neither had such preservatives nor drank disinfected water containing chlorine and fluorine.

A famous American dietitian Adell Davis takes notice with a feeling of regret that the Americans gave up growing plants in their kitchen garden and that's why their health became worse. I try to disagree with her. In modern Russia a lot of people grow vegetables in their gardens, but our health is getting worse after the American. The foodstuffs grown by our kitchen gardeners do not make them healthy. Most town people wash the plants from their beds so carefully that leaves of lettuce washed for several times and sauced with mayonnaise (it contains a preservative - vinegar or acetic acid) are of no benefit.

I am 57 now. The people of my age can remember that in our childhood there were different games with ritual eating of handfuls of soil. Then we used to play "little knives" where a loser had to take a wooden peg with his lips down. Both cases brought to occupying gastro-intestinal canal with bacteria dwelling in the soil. The same can be said with kitchen gardening. It's not possible to wash hands and vegetables absolutely clean from soil bacteria in the conditions of the country life.

From the very beginning people began to eat roots and various fruits constantly occupying their (bowels) intestines with soil bacteria, the number of which was much bigger than three. One hundred kinds of bacteria decompose our food into several hundreds of components and synthesize necessary substances for our vital functions.

Domestic cattle, grazing on the natural pastures, are sounder than cattle, which are kept stalled and receive food, which is completely balanced and calculated with a computer. Adelle Davis remembers the outbreak of food and mouth disease among domestic cattle caused a mass slaughter, cremation and burial of animals.

But sick animals transferred to the fields fertilized with compost recovered quickly and did not get the infection for a second time even though communicating with sick animals behind the fence.

Let's tell the truth, the animals ruminate grass together with pieces (lumps) of soil, swarming with hundreds bacteria.

In the beginning of February in 2003 the Russian TV showed a woman who ate about one kilo of soil; she got rid of nearly ten different illnesses with the help of that soil. But where can I, a townsman, take a little handful of such a soil that does not contain cat or dog excrements without a tuberculosis bacillus or dysentery etc?

Inhabitants of the southern countries receive different soil bacteria together with the mass of vegetables, fruit and new wine (nobody washes grapes before making wine) Some of these soil bacteria digest very well spirits in our gastro-intestinal canal.

The resistance of southerners to alcohol is well known and northern people, on the contrary, are known to fall drunk after one glass of wine. There is neither genetic level nor Tamerlan's gene, but absence of normal micro flora in the bowels.

In 1900 English doctor McKarrison examined the Hunzekut in the highlands of

Northern India. The Hunzakut are not sick at all and they are energetic at any age. They live for a long time.

Their food is simple - vegetables, fruits, sometimes milk, very seldom - meat.

And practically all their food is raw.

In 1959 the American doctor Allan Bahnik visited the same village - Hunza, he wrote that the reason of their enviable health is the fact that they eat 80% raw food.

According to his words women of eighty in Hunza look like the American women at the age of 40. The neighbors of the Hunzakut live keeping civilized regulations and they have the same problems with their health as we have.

Both doctors see the benefit only in raw uncooked food. I think that absence of preservatives; antibacterial means and a huge number of bacteria on the hands of those people in their food and in water make the Hunzakut healthy.

The Hunzakut's gastro-intestinal canal has occupied with soil bacteria that come with every meal the same as animals receive in the free pasture. What can we do if we don't eat any soil? How can we receive soil bacteria with every meal? This way is simple - there are biological preparations of series "EM" (effective microorganisms), created according to the special technology. They are produced as a concentrated liquid product where there are about 100 species of carefully selected useful soil microorganisms that live in soil in the reality. For the first time there these microorganisms were cultivated in Japan by microbiologist Teruo Higa, who was able to collect about 80 positive micro-organisms in one fraction.

In any environment, whether it is soil or animal's stomach, these little workers actively start to propagate, restoring the healthy condition of the soil. Based on the Japanese preparation, one of Russian "EM" preparations has been made, which micro-organisms cooperate in the soil working out all kinds of the enzymes, amino-acids and biologically active substances producing both direct and indirect positive influence on the growth and development of living organisms.

The "EM" preparation is absolutely harmless for the human being.

Here is the list of proved results of "EM" technology use in the light of the topic presented:

- it transforms the soil micro- and macro-elements into easily assimilated forms;

- when used as a biological addition to the fodder for animals and birds, it decreases by 2,5 - 3 times the loss of young cattle by intestine micro-flora normalization. The fodder assimilability and daily additional weight grow at 35-40% due to the same reason;

- the fewer hormones and antibiotics were added to animals' daily food, the less young animals' deviation was after the beginning of "EM" usage, because the preparation is a strong immunity modulator. In other words, if the animals keep some immunity it's quickly reinforced by "EM" preparation. If the fodder is deficient and of low quality, while the additional weight is little or almost lacking, the intestine micro-flora normalized after "EM" preparation has been used will the help the animal to assimilate 70% of the fodder instead of the 30-40% with the same food daily norm.

As the pig's alimentary canal is similar to that of the human being and the processes taking place in them are practically the same, it is logical to assume "EM" preparation similar influence on the human being.

On the 1 st of February 2003 I started to take "EM" preparation every day as a remedy providing full assimilation of food supplied into the organism. After a while several people voluntarily followed my example. In March 2003, in a month after the beginning of taking "EM" preparation, the participants found no signs of normal spring avitaminosis. Just the reverse - an unusual cheerfulness and easiness appeared in the organism. The duration of the night sleep decreased. The fatty deposits started to disappear. An evident stability of the organism to the variations of the temperature of the environment was observed.

The immunity increased, which strengthened the protective forces of the body, the endurance grew up.

A year and a half later, my body, daily receiving the "EM" preparation, turned back to the condition I had at the age of 20-25 when my life was physically rather active.

Nowadays my physical activity is not so intense, but I feel 15 years younger. I look as if I am 15 kg slimmer, while the scales insist that I’ve lost only 4 kg. It means that my flesh has acquired greater density (solidity?) along with body volume decrease.

I was surprised at finding out that my body temperature became 36 degrees. I started to measure it on a regular basis and it was always 36 degrees (± 0.2). Having measured the temperature 3 times I came to the conclusion that this temperature reduction was accounted for by "EM" preparation use. My colleague who took the preparation during the same time confirmed my idea. His temperature also deceased to 36 degrees.

Then other men and women who had taken the preparation during a year and more were asked to take regularly temperature measures. All of them demonstrated the temperature decrease to 36 degrees.

A low body temperature means a slower metabolism. This is a real longevity. It means that a calendar year has passed but one's biological clock has measured only six months or less. This is the cause of the active longevity of the Hunzakut and their 80 years old women's fine appearance, mentioned above, and not their preference for raw food.

I notice that I have 36 degrees only when I control my body temperature.

I know people who managed to lower the temperature of the body to 36 degrees by Chinese gymnastics, which they are constantly doing. But they feel cold even in summer and need warming clothes. It's not possible to provide a normal functioning of such a complicated and constantly renewing biological complex as a human being only by the canals opening in the body. It is impossible to change nowadays the settled alimentary traditions of different nations as well as food flowing from producers to man's stomach. According to my personal experience and that of my followers I can state that "EM" preparation is to be taken every day.

It has to become a habit like the everyday hygienic procedures.

It's time to review the role of endocrine glands in the digestive process. Their secretions are rather catalysts or minimum additions in the process of synthesis of substances necessary for a human being. Those secretions might also be a kind of solvent for substances obtained with the help of the bacteria facilitating the absorption in the alimentary canal.

Below is a list of changes noticed in men and women taking the EM preparation, in addition to those mentioned above:

- defecation becomes regular and painless (during the first 1,5-2 months the alimentary canal purification takes place. The defecation becomes more frequent and the mass can change color up to black);

- cutis improves;

- pustules and furuncles disappear almost immediately, there are cases when papillomas disappear, too;

- wounds, resisting to healing during months, start quickly to close up;

- herpes and urino-genital thrush, unsuccessfully treated with all possible remedies during many years, disappear (if they are newly observed, they disappear in one or two days without any consequence);

- A-hepatitis stops to manifest in the diagnosis without any special treatment;

- Pain in women's mammary glands during menstruation disappear;

- Scurf disappears without special treatment;

- Resistance to the alcohol increases;

- Middle and elderly age men's potency evidently increases;

- Need of food decreases by 1/3;

- If the amount of food remains the same, body mass increases.

The work solution is made out of the "EM" preparation concentrate. The solution is to be taken at least once a day according to the following scheme: 1-1.5 spoonful of the solution per a glass of boiled water of room temperature. This portion is distributed to all the amount of food taken during a meal and drunk in little sips. In this way the food staying in the stomach during 4 or 6 hours is constantly exposed to bacteria's influence.

Using the "EM" preparation as a natural food dissolving remedy we solve several problems at the same time:

- all the components of our body are built of considerably increased material variety;

- healthy people will give birth to healthy children (v. statistic data about children with inborn pathology), who will fall ill less frequently;

- if the body is kept in normal condition the amount of necessary food is reduced by 1/3 and all kinds of expensive nutritive supplements become unnecessary. With bacteria we'll get all the necessary substances for cell building from usual foodstuffs (the pasturing cattle build excellent bodies with participation of the bacteria from a few kinds of herbs only). Saving food storage in 1/3 and reducing at least 10 times the number of sick people is difficult to overestimate for economy of any country;

- longevity is expanded due to slower metabolism caused with the temperature reducing to 36 degrees. The earlier a man starts to take the "EM" preparation, the longer his physically active life will be.

I guess that Pavlov's classic works on the physiology of the main digestive glands based on the experiments with dogs and artificially extended to a human being, made the mankind lose the way of understanding the problems of digesting in the last hundred years. The experiment with the mankind following Pavlov's doctrine has given a negative result. It should be openly said that the conclusions of physiologist Pavlov made out of the experiments with the dogs are not correct today, which becomes evident in the pharmacies and through the huge number of sick people.

I would remind that more than twenty people at the age between one and 62 are daily taking the "EM" preparation as a remedy for a full food digestion. Many of them have been doing it since spring 2003.
